The location was GREAT! It was very close to major attractions. The staff were friendly. They were helpful when I needed directions. The room had everything I needed.
The air conditioning was NOT working properly. The room became hot. The staircase had lots of stains and dirty walls. The curtains also had stains.

the location is very convenient. it is close to the arc de triomphe and metro stations. the staff kept our luggage after checkout, i could explore a bit longer.
the receptionist wasn't very cute at my arrival. he also didn't give information about the breakfast and the spa. the breakfast was not even basic.
