the location was great to the metro and the arc de triomphe. the swimming pool was an awesome addition. the staff were kind to my children, asking them questions. we loved that.
the floor was dirty when we arrived. it needed to be hoovered in our room. there were several black hairs on the bedding. the room was small and quite basic.

The staff provided a luggage scale. This helped us so much before heading to the airport! they also stored our bags all day after checkout, i appreciated that gesture. the family room's layout felt perfect for my little ones, it almost seemed like they had their own special space.
I felt the absence of more breakfast variety . It would be better.

the hotel enjoys proximity to many shops and restaurants, i saw people walking everywhere. the metro station is very close, i noticed it within a short walk. it offers convenient access to the city.
