slow check-in understaffed reception
the breakfast was good. i found a variety of options.
the check-in process was slow. the hotel seemed understaffed. i had to wait quite a long time. housekeeping needed more time to prepare the room.

really good stay with excellent city views
delicious drinks comfortable environment great variety
the hotel provided a super clean and cozy environment. breakfast was superb, with a great variety of options. i especially loved the rooftop bar. The ambiance was fantastic and drinks were delicious.
the air conditioning in my room was quite loud. it was a little difficult to sleep soundly due to the constant noise.

unsteady shower temperature limited breakfast
the safety box was a useful feature. it secured documents.
the shower failed to maintain a steady temperature . many tv channels also did not connect on the in-room television. breakfast options lacked variety as only beige and yellow food options were available.

the location was good for getting around town.
i really didn't enjoy my room. it had a noticeable musty smell and the furniture looked very old. also, the breakfast buffet was disappointing with not much variety.
