good service clean room
the staff provided good service. the location is very near everything and the room was completely clean. i also found the room comfortable.
the bed had bed bugs, and i got a lot of bites. i talked to reception and they seemed unconcerned.

the location is great (i mean it!) with easy access to nearby restaurants. the reception staff were super friendly and helpful .

cold air con bad customer service
the hotel has a good price for the location.
The air con barely got cold. a socket by the bed didn't work, so i had to use the lamp socket. the staff wasn't nice. It was almost like i was being interrogated instead of being treated as a guest. i think the area makes the workers tired, but they should be better with customer service.
