wonderful stay

afternoon museum friendly staff early check nice space

the hotel was convenient to the royal ontario museum. i spent the afternoon there and walked to my dinner reservations. i enjoyed my show at koerner hall, too. the front desk staff were very friendly and accommodated my early check in after a long travel day. the room offered nice space, very large for location.

the loud noises outside bothered me and i couldn't sleep all night. i also saw a cockroach in the elevator. it made me doubt the cleanliness of the hotel, i think.

the staff was always courteous. reception and valet service gave me great satisfaction. the breakfast offered a good experience like any five stars hotels. staff provided excellent service.

fantastic stay

efficient valet helpful bellboy friendly staff

the valet service was so quick and efficient. the bellboy (he was really helpful) moved our luggage with care. also, the staff in the main restaurant and at breakfast were super nice, really making the experience special.

The non-busy pool area, located under a skylight, provides a relaxing swim. There is also a dry sauna available in the women's locker room and the fitness center is quite nice.

Restaurant hotel breakfast offered a good standard and selection. Breakfast is not a buffet but it's plentiful and served in a beautiful room. Room service was also quick and of great quality.

The rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. There is a desk with a chair and an armchair, perfect for reading or working. My room featured a courtyard view and a window that opens.
