the hotel location is perfect. all the facilities matched exactly what we hoped for. the food was AMAZING!!!
the wifi signal was a little weak at times, especially in the evenings, but honestly, that's a minor issue.

the hotel provides peaceful lounges! waiting staff are really helpful and attentive. the location on the sea front allows for easy access to boat trips right from the beach, it is fantastic.

our room was clean and decorated beautifully! it also had a lovely sea view. the room was large and very comfortable, it provided a relaxing atmosphere to be in.

The food was excellent. Breakfast offered a very good choice! the evening meal was wonderful, with silver service that was a delight. the staff made sure nothing was too much trouble for us!

poor communicationunhelpful attitude
The reception team displayed a noticeable lack of warmth. I found them unhelpful when i asked for a water bottle. they seemed put out by my questions, retrieving one from my old room without clear communication. this left me searching and feeling quite annoyed. The team needs communication skills training.

the staff were really friendly and efficient. the food was excellent and i especially liked the cream tea and cake served between 3.30 and 4.30pm. i have been visiting for years and plan to continue doing so. parking was available and the staff helped direct me.

This was my visit. The room was good and very clean. The breakfast had a very good choice and the staff was lovely. The hotel is near everything and the view is amazing.
I noticed some bugs climbing up the mattress base.

The twin room sea view included ample storage space. The beds were comfortable, and i found the room tidy. It was excellent to sit and read and enjoy the view.
