Fantastic Stay!
free parking comfortable bed
I had garage parking that was complimentary. My room was really comfortable. The bed was lovely. I enjoyed my stay very much!
The breakfast choices felt somewhat limited. There were no sausages, and only cucumber and paprika were available. More variety here would make a big difference.

My room was very clean. The room was also spacious. I liked the options for parking. I also liked how close it was to the city center. I could easily walk 10 minutes along the mountain river.

The location is great for reaching the hotel by car. I walked to the city center in minutes. It is only a short walk along the mountain river. I used several transportation choices to get to the train station.

easy access clean room amazing breakfast window curtain broken refrigerator missing telephone
The underground parking had easy access to the elevator. The room was very clean. Water pressure was excellent , I must say. Breakfast was AMAZING.
The window curtains did NOT block out the sun very well. The refrigerator did not work properly. There was no telephone in the room , unfortunately.

free parking birthday decorations
the breakfast offered many options to choose from i found free parking in the garage very convenient. the staff were really nice my expectations preparing birthday decorations in the room for my husband. i appreciated this kind gesture.

free transport towel rack
I appreciated the included travelcard. It provided free city transport. the bus stop right outside the hotel was quite convenient. the hotel also offered a drying rack for towels in the room, which helped keep things organized and tidy.
the bathroom shower lacked a door. water splashed out easily, needing a different solution. it created a minor inconvenience each time i showered.

faulty air conditioning useless gym
the breakfast was alright, nothing lovely but edible (i mean, it kept me alive).
The 'gym' turned out to be a treadmill crammed into a closet. the air conditioning was on the fritz. it alternated between arctic blasts and feeling like i was in a sauna. the room service was a joke. I ordered a salad and got a plate of lettuce with a single tomato.
