The location had a good access to public services. I appreciated the central location, a perfect start for exploring the city and the nearby mountains. Staff was available and polite, always ready to assist. The breakfast impressed me. It included diverse fresh options and a very good fruit section.
I noticed slight noise from a nearby restaurant, which slightly affected the otherwise quiet atmosphere.

The bathroom was far too small. Space was limited. the sliding glass door to the bathroom did not fully close, a real privacy issue. i also found the staff unhelpful, especially when requesting basic amenities. the overall experience did not match the price i paid, i expected more.

I found a modern, clean room and i was charmed. breakfast had many great options. the location made getting around easy. the staff was really nice and made check-in smooth. She was very personable.
the hallways had noise at night, and i could hear sounds from the rooms nearby. it was somewhat distracting. walls seemed thin.

i appreciated the extensive breakfast buffet it had many options including vegan and vegetarian choices i also enjoyed a wide variety of exotic fruits available. the staff were friendly and helpful plus the luggage room was quite useful. i found this all very convenient.
the sink tap was a bit challenging to use it required some adjustment to get the water flow right i hope it can be addressed. it was slightly inconvenient.
