excellent stay in central location

the hotel has a great central location , very walkable to major attractions. breakfast had plenty of options. i enjoyed the sauna , the pool , and the hot tub on the top floor. the staff were very helpful and friendly.
i found no drinking water in the room , which was unexpected for a hotel in this category. i was charged for a very small bottle the first night.

The hotel's location is very convenient, close to main attractions and restaurants. The room was large and clean. I found the beds quite comfortable. The reception staff were helpful with directions..
The safe in the room did not work. I reported it, but nothing was done to fix it.

The location was very convenient. I found the spacious rooms quite nice, and the beds provided great comfort (i slept like a log!). A parking garage exists under the building. The breakfast had a great selection of items, including omelets prepared upon request.
The safe in my room was not working. I reported it, but the staff did not fix it. This was inconvenient for securing my valuables.

The reception team was very helpful and happy to recommend places. I especially appreciated Florian at the front desk, as he gave an excellent recommendation for trekking. The breakfast room was well organized and tables were cleared quickly.
