The breakfast was ample. I suppose that's something.
the room i booked was a double room balcony, and the lack of basic amenities was astonishing. there was no fridge, and the tv seemed like a relic from the past. i also had the joy of discovering that the conditioner smelled suspiciously like pva glue, my hair remained stubbornly unconditioned.

I say i would return, because i already booked my next stay. the gardens are tranquil, and the pool is beautiful, with many quiet places. the breakfast includes many homemade options. the staff is Really good. I felt welcome.
the conditioner seemed a bit runny , and did not condition my hair well. i would advise bringing your own toiletries.

Really good Stay, A True Hidden Gem!

I found the gardens to be a beautiful haven, offering plenty of quiet spots. The pool area was wonderful and so relaxing. Plus, there were tortoises in the garden, which I thought was adorable. The service was amazing!!!
The air conditioning in my room wasn't working upon arrival. the staff fixed the issue the next day.

The room was always clean and very well kept, and this attention to detail. Plenty of fresh towels were supplied daily for the pool and for general use, which I think is a nice touch.

The pool was good, and the surrounding area included many comfortable loungers. I saw that the gardens have plenty of secluded spots to relax and read a book. The entire hotel felt very well cared for.

The staff were super friendly, kind, and always ready to help with any requests I had. I found the service to be really good, and everyone seemed genuinely interested in ensuring I had a good day. They were always very attentive.

Breakfast was so lovely, and it offered plenty of variety each day, so it never felt repetitive. I thought the food was of a very high standard, and there was an excellent choice of options available. Everything seemed homemade!
