The room felt very clean and modern. Air conditioner was easy to manage. The temperature was kept at a comfortable level. I used self check-in and check-out, that was very convenient.
I requested ice through reception and it never arrived. I had to call five times before someone answered the phone.

Online checking did not work, and staff could not resolve the issue. Even demonstrating the process did not fix it. online checkout similarly failed, despite their attempts to guide me. i found this lack of functionality frustrating and inconvenient.

The room only had three tea bags. That was not enough for everyone. i sent a message using the qr code, but guest services never brought more. the couches were also hard. I wanted more comfortable seating.

The breakfast was well priced (i enjoyed the variety). The staff were happywith a positive atmosphere. The location suited my purposes perfectly, because i explored several places. The barman and the check-in guy were both great, very professional.
The only downside i encountered was the lack of a discount. This discount should have been applied for declining daily room cleaning. It was a small inconvenience, but it slightly affected my overall experience.

The location is superb! it's super close to restaurants and theatres. the rooms are very spacious. I had the family suite. the bed was probably the most comfortable i've ever slept in!
The air conditioning wasn't working as expected. I had to call guest services to adjust the temperature.

Really good Stay, Clean Rooms and Great Location

The location proved ideal. It was close to theatres and the central business district. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and i thought the room was lovely (especially the bathroom!).
I booked an accessible room, but on arrival, I was 'upgraded' to a non-accessible room. I need an accessible room due to using a wheelchair, so this was not ideal. There was no kitchen or microwave, even though I've stayed in similar rooms before.

The staff readily fulfilled my requests, and the concierge offered helpful directions to nearby attractions. Requests were promptly addressed (i appreciate the quick responses). I was pleased with the front desk efficiency.
