I appreciated the gym, pool, and sauna. I maximized their use . Staff members were helpful and very friendly. The hotel location is good. I could easily walk to many shopping and dining options.
The shower pressure was a little weak and the water temperature varied a little. This was frustrating.

i found the location convenient, especially with easy access to a supermarket. the 24-hour front desk was also quite helpful for late arrivals. i appreciated the cleanliness. the gym had good equipment including a sauna and a pool.
the room did not have windows that open.

I found the location excellent, close to Southern Cross station. The free city circle tram stop was just outside. The room was spacious, providing ample space for luggage. Daily towel service and fresh toiletries were provided.
The wifi signal was sometimes weak. I needed to reconnect occasionally.
