central and convenient stay
responsive staffclean transportlow temperature
the lobby bar was nice. staff were responsive during a medical episode, which i appreciated. taxis were arranged and were on time with very clean transport several times. location was perfect for my needs.
the air conditioning wouldn't go below 19 and when it was on it wasn't cold enough. this made sleeping a little uncomfortable after a really hot day. there was no microwave and no netflix or streaming for a room at this price point.

the breakfast included great variety and good value was provided. the lobby bar offered a nice spot with drinks and light meals. i found the dining options suitable for a traveler.

staff were helpful and accommodating . they were responsive and quick to assist during a medical issue. the team were really nice too ensure i had everything i needed.

the shower pressure was really poor, i struggled to wash my hair. there also was a lot of dust on the bedside table, which wasn't great.
