the location proved useful for exploring nearby attractions. the staff i encountered were always ready to assist. my room was also serviced daily, which i think is important. the bed was very comfortable (i slept very well!).
the elevators were a bit slow during peak hours. this sometimes caused a delay when trying to get to higher floors. the wait times could be frustrating.

i found the location ideal for accessing city attractions. the room had a comfortable bed, nice for restful sleep (which is always a plus). staff promptly addressed a minor issue with my room and moved me to an upgraded one, showing good service.
the lifts proved quite slow and sometimes felt a bit scary. i got stuck once. this aspect needs some attention.

the lobby bar was nice. staff were responsive during a medical episode, which i appreciated. taxis were arranged and were on time with very clean transport several times. location was perfect for my needs.
the air conditioning wouldn't go below 19 and when it was on it wasn't cold enough. this made sleeping a little uncomfortable after a really hot day. there was no microwave and no netflix or streaming for a room at this price point.
