Adequate stay, but some aspects need attention

small onsen unfriendly staff
The onsen area seemed smaller than I expected, considering the advertisement stated it was a premier lux ryokan. The staff were not very friendly, disappointing. Breakfast was the same both days I was there. I have stayed at other ryokans with better service and facilities.
