acceptable locationfunny smellunhelpful staff
the location was acceptable since it was near many attractions.
The room smelled funny!!! also, there was dampness everywhere. the staff was not helpful at all. They didn't care that i wanted to leave early. i didn't get a refund for the remaining days, it was quite frustrating.

The hotel's location allowed easy access to key attractions. The staff offered helpful service and spoke fluent English. Breakfast service was great and provided good variety. I especially appreciated the cleanliness maintained throughout my room.
I noticed the bathroom needed an upgrade. It felt a bit outdated. The shower stall was particularly small. Addressing this would improve the overall experience.

I found mold in the bathroom and also behind the curtains in the room. This was NOT ideal for someone with allergies. housekeeping entered rooms without knocking, unacceptable.
