mixed feelings about this stay
breakfast chaos opened water bottle
The breakfast experience was not great. The staff asked for my room number but did not help me find a table, so i had to scramble for a seat since the resort was full. plus, when housekeeping replenished the room on my second night, one of the complimentary water bottles was already opened. That's a hygiene issue.

excellent beachside getaway
pool view clean room sugarcane straws excellent facilities
i have stayed in the beautiful premier room. it featured a lovely view of the pool. the room was clean and spacious. the resort provided sugarcane straws. they also had educational materials about local wildlife. the beachside restaurant impressed me with the flavors. the facilities were excellent.
The breakfast experience felt disorganized, the staff asked for room numbers but didn't help with finding a table, it was a scramble for seats since the resort was full.

The breakfast buffet was really good. It featured a wide selection of dishes. the quality was similar to 4 or 5 star hotels in bangkok. the beachside restaurant served high quality food. flavors were fantastic!

fantastic stay with great amenities
beachfront location smooth transfer
The location was ideal, right on the beachfront. the transfer process was very smooth, the hotel arranged everything efficiently, i found that convenient (it saved me a lot of hassle). the staff's consistent friendliness.
The breakfast selection was somewhat limited. I expected more variety, especially some smoked salmon, considering the price point of the hotel. I hope they can improve it.

I stayed in a beautiful premier room. It had a beautiful view of the pool and the sea, plus, the room was spacious. It was also clean. The overall comfort was noticeable.

The staff members were consistently polite and attentive to all requests. Their professionalism stood out, setting a high standard. They addressed any concerns promptly. I felt valued as a guest.
