The location offers a private beach. It had clear waters.
Customer service was not responsive. I sent multiple emails regarding boat transfer confirmations, yet they went unanswered. This lack of communication demonstrated a disregard for guest needs.

The location is amazing with houses built among the trees. This design respects the lovely nature. The ferry service and parking are complimentary which aided travel plans. Food tasted nice.
