The room was spacious. Staff was friendly, and they were helpful. I appreciated the complimentary prosecco. It was a nice touch.

The bar had very LOUD music. It continued until it closed at 1am. This wasn't great because my room was on the first floor above it all.

The hotel bar had amazing prices. There was a fantastic selection of beers available. The food is worth a visit for.

The sink in the bathroom drained slowly. It took ages for the water to go down. The batteries in the TV remote were dead. The blind was broken so I could not roll it up.

The location is excellent. The rooms are tidy and very clean. I found the staff really friendly and helpful (always with a smile). The breakfast was great and had plenty of choice.

I experienced some noise at night. The windows are traditionally old and caused noise when people left nearby bars and restaurants.

The staff provided excellent customer service. Fiona welcomed us warmly. The staff helped with unpacking boxes. Loraine made organising the event easy.
