great water pressure excellent location
i stayed in a classic double room it had a bathtub the water pressure was great. The location is excellent everything is super close to the hotel

adequate stay with issues.
non-functional ac indifferent staff
the hotel had a central location, useful for getting around. it made accessing various parts of the area simple.
The air conditioning in my room did not work properly. it was really warm and i brought this up at checkout. The staff didn't appear too concerned.

Central Stay Near Opera
central location clean room
I found the location fantastic! It was so close to the Opera and many shops. The room was a Superior Double or Twin Room, and it was clean and well kept.
There was no coffee machine in the room. I had to go out to find coffee each morning.

The hotel features a drinking water fountain on each floor, a nice sustainable touch. There are divided bins for recycling available, encouraging eco-friendly practices. Breakfast had fruits, delicious croissants, and pancakes.

underwhelming stay. some positives, but issues persist
dated safe annoyed staff
I found a few things lacking . the air conditioning was difficult to adjust. only the fan speed could be controlled and on the last day it stopped working altogether. This was not ideal. the safe in the room seemed outdated and i needed assistance from reception to operate it. the staff member showed me how it worked but seemed a bit annoyed. overall i was expecting better.

overcrowded breakfast area limited gym equipment
the breakfast area was quite small it felt overcrowded food quality didn't impress either some items tasted like they'd been sitting out a while also the gym was a bit of a letdown limited equipment and felt cramped i expected more from a hotel claiming to have a spa. the safe was old fashioned i had trouble operating it i think they need to upgrade it
