car charging hard pillows
the room was spacious. the bath and shower worked.
the electric car charging situation was disappointing. i was stressed trying to figure out where to charge my car, and the bed and pillows were way too hard, not comfortable at all. there was a lot of noise, so it wasn't a great experience overall.

wonderful hotel EXPERIENCE
helpful staff complimentary drinks ample equipment varied options
the staff was helpful. the club lounge offered complimentary drinks each evening, i found this very convenient. i used the fitness center and there was ample equipment available. the breakfast selection had varied options.
the room service menu lacked several items advertised online. I hope they address this INCONSISTENCY.

the standard king room contained a king-sized bed with premium bedding. A large tv was mounted on the wall. the room also featured a work desk with an ergonomic chair.

helpful staff great breakfast comfortable bed
The staff was very helpful and considerate regarding allergies. The hotel offers a great breakfast selection with clearly labeled items. I found the bed very comfortable, easy to sleep and feel refreshed. I enjoyed trying the salted caramel and the after 8 espresso martini's at the gin bar.
I noticed the speed of service was not always prompt.

spacious rooms excellent variety late arrival rearranged rooms
The rooms were spacious and modern. Breakfast had an excellent variety of options available.
The rooms were not ready upon arrival at 3:30 PM. The hotel rearranged our room allocations, separating rooms to different floors after several requests to be on the same floor.

large stain missing cover
the location of the hotel was acceptable.
I find a large stain on the carpet in my room. the tv remote was also missing a battery cover. It felt cheap and not what i expect. this oversight.

the staff showed attention to detail. they met individual needs effectively. eleni was really good at breakfast and cared for my daughter's allergies. alex at the front desk also helped with allergy concerns. the staff near the pool was patient and helpful with my son.
