spacious roomshuttle service
the room was spacious (it had a great layout). the shuttle service to the haram was very convenient. i found the staff to be cooperative.
the tv channels were blurred and i hoped they could fix it sooner.

adequate stay, a few issues
unreliable bus servicebreakfast variety
the bus service was unreliable. buses sometimes went to locations far from the hotel. this caused delays and confusion, especially after prayers. also, the breakfast lacked variety. there were not enough options to choose from, and the quality was not great.

kind staffpleasant serviceinadequate roomunhelpful reception
the room was always clean and it was comfortable. we would like to give special thanks to md. belal uddin and mustafa from the cleaning service team. they were very kind and polite. their service.
i was disappointed that the room was booked for four adults and two kids. there was not enough room in lounge for the two kids. reception staff were first adamant to give me the beds even though my voucher showed four adults and two kids.
