the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. my room was ready despite my late arrival (it was a relief after a long journey). i found a complimentary fruit bowl in the room, a nice touch. the hotel is conveniently close to haram. the breakfast buffet had a huge selection. chefs and restaurant staff are friendly, delivering great service.

the check-in was quick. the bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was a letdown. there was no hot water, and the water did not drain well in the shower. water pressure was also very low in the taps. I really found it disappointing. it was not what i expected.

I really enjoyed my stay. the reception staff was helpful, always ready with a smile. the cleanliness was very noticeable, especially in the common areas. i also found the proximity to the grand mosque convenient. It saved a lot of time!
