the manager had a great team of staff. they looked after us really well and nothing seemed like too much trouble for them. the tents are nice rooms, fitted with comfy beds and good facilities.

The location was great for accessing hiking trails. the staff was helpful and friendly . they upgraded us to a mountain view villa with comfortable accommodations and beautiful scenery. the sultan tent also looked amazing. I would have been happy there as well.
the resort was located in a colder area, and i found the room to be quite chilly. even with the heating unit running, it struggled to warm the space adequately. it made for a slightly uncomfortable night, though not unmanageable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They arranged a breakfast to go for our early departure. they were attentive during dinner as well, ensuring all our needs were efficiently addressed (i really appreciated that).

our chalet room was spacious with a simple, natural design, including a comfortable bed. we appreciated the nice terrace overlooking the mountains where i could relax and enjoy the fresh air. the chalet was made of stone, a unique touch.

the resort features many little units connected by pathways. the main house is where everyone gathers for meals (i enjoyed meeting fellow travelers there). free parking is available .
