reasonable stay, some drawbacks exists
friendly staff helpful staff good reception old room iron table limited buffet
the reception staff were good, especially the guy from nepal. he was friendly. night security was also helpful.
the iron table had stains. there were no plugs for phone charging near the bed. the lunch buffet was disappointing. it was a buffet only for salads and bread, and the main course was a set menu with limited options.

The hotel provides a convenient shuttle service to JBR Beach. Access to The Market Mall is a major plus (it's right next door!). I also loved the Lake View Balcony Premium King Room. I appreciated the fast Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

friendly staff beautiful hotel helpful representative understaffed counter longer wait unclear explanation
the staff were friendly. the hotel itself presents a beautiful appearance. i found mousa, a customer care representative, especially helpful. he was quite friendly too.
the checkin counter seemed understaffed. this resulted in a longer wait for me. the breakfast options were not explained clearly. i noticed that another group received a more detailed explanation than i did.
