PURE Relaxation Awaits!!

The infinity pool had plenty of loungers and AMAZING staff provided iced water. The Arabian sun IS intense. The lobby, courtyard, pool, and overall design exuded Arabian style AND opulence. Breakfast included fresh fruit, juices, and even mezze for an Arab twist. The private beach offered attentive staff and swimming next to the Bandar Al Jissah arch. Kayaks and SUP boards were available!

The wine selection was somewhat limited, offering only a second-rate rosé.

The staff reacted quickly and politely to all requests. The restaurant team, guest relations personnel, and pool attendants deserve special recognition for their commitment. The GENERAL level of service was really good!!!

The location is beautiful, which gives you peace and quiet away from the city. The hotel has direct access to a sandy beach with an excellent cliff view. Golf carts provide quick transport between the beach and other hotel facilities.

The food quality was a real letdown, especially at those prices. i found the breakfast options limited (i expected more fresh options). also, the service was surprisingly slow at times. I waited quite a while for drinks at the pool (it was annoying). i think the hotel needs to improve these aspects to meet expectations.

The private beach felt secluded and peaceful. we loved how the breakfast included many choices. the minibar had free drinks. It restocked daily. all staff were courteous and helpful, offering quick greetings.

the restaurant service was slow. it also lacked warmth. i did wish service was faster.

The hotel looked a little worn. i think they need some updates because the furniture seemed old. also, room service took a very long time. I ordered a club sandwich one afternoon and it took almost an hour to arrive. the slow service was unexpected for such an expensive hotel and its bad thing.
