the front desk team ensured a great experience. i even received anniversary treats in my room (a nice surprise!). the room was special and huge. it had a great balcony and a massive bathroom. design was funky, and the bed and pillows were comfy.
the hotel music from different venues sometimes clashed, making relaxation challenging.

I really enjoyed my time at the hotel. the staff were good and very receptive to my needs. everything i needed was in my room. i especially liked the thoughtful call from housekeeping when they noticed my do not disturb sign was on. They were concerned for my well-being. the orange juice was also great. waqas from vallet services showed excellent professionalism and courtesy.
As a solo traveler, i would have liked more english-speaking channels available. One doesn't always want to be out alone at night. there was still a good choice of news and movies in english. but that is my only minor quibble.

The staff was really good. Everyone contributed to a special stay! Frankline, Moses, and Chidi greeted us warmly, arranged taxis and providing friendly welcomes. Elvis and Evi from the Akira restaurant. The hotel provided a vibrant atmosphere that I totally loved.
The pool was quite shallow, which restricted options for cooling down effectively. This was a slight disappointment.

Breakfast at Liv Restaurant offered great service from Emi and Amgad. Akira restaurant featured beautifully presented food with amazing flavor. Our server Elvis provided perfect suggestions. I especially loved the attentiveness and knowledge.
