My room had a small alcove with a foot-high step. The kettle and minibar were located there. The bathroom lacked a door at the end of the long corridor.

The staff was not very willing to leave a couple of water bottles on the table. This happened both at breakfast and dinner.

there was a slight inconsistency with the service though the staff were friendly.

We found it SPECIAL from the DRIVE in. the check-in area features beautiful, hand-painted art. our room had a spacious sit-out area and BALCONY. the restaurant WAS great. We ate there every NIGHT and breakfast was yummy. Watermelon juice and poha WERE delicious.

Some STAFF could have been more attentive. I did find that service to be sometimes slow, especially near THE pool.

This haveli offered a beautifully furnished room. It reminded me of an apartment. the staff were attentive and helpful with every request. the hotel's concierge was professional and cute. the hotel is close to local sites.
