good breakfast superb location dimly lit room unclean shower mouldy shower
All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. There was a really good selection. The location was superb, right in the heart of everything.
The room was very dimly lit, made things a bit difficult at times. Our shower was not clean and had mould growing.

attentive staff convenient beach
the staff were attentive. i found the breakfast provided a good variety of choices. i appreciated the convenient beach access. the rooms were well-kept.
the prices for food and drinks did seem a bit higher compared to nearby resorts. this impacted the overall value.

the reception staff were consistently helpful and polite. the housekeeping team kept my room super clean each day. the bar staff were great. the security team provided a safe atmosphere.

the hotel features a pool with a bar right on the beach. the hotel also had flip flops and beach bags to borrow. gardens are a fine feature of the resort. the beach is magnificent with an excellent entrance to the sea.

breakfast included a good mix of continental and thai options. the food quality was satisfactory. there were options for fresh juice in a blender. the restaurant provides lovely dinners on the beach.

the room was spacious and overlooked the beach. the room was clean. the room came equiped with comfortable beds and good toiletries. the air-conditioning worked well alongside an additional fan.

unworking tap staff communication
the location was acceptable. it was close to many things.
The room i had was not great. The tap in the bathroom wasn't working. i also noticed moisture and dampness throughout the room. it smelled like mould, and i think it needs a deep clean.
