a mixed experience with some downsides.
leaky faucetunreliable wifi
I found some issues . the faucet in the bathroom was loose. It leaked constantly. also, the wifi was unreliable. I could not get a stable connection in my room. the staff tried to help, but the problem persisted throughout my stay.

the room was quite spacious and clean i appreciated having a lounge area and kitchen facilities the breakfast offered a great variety and the staff were generally friendly and cute the hotel's location was strategic with two metro stations very close by it made getting around easy
the reception didn't always answer calls quickly sometimes i had to call twice the self-service laundry machines were old and not very effective i found the dryers particularly problematic also the bathroom felt outdated the door had cracks and the overall smell wasn't fresh

the staff greeted us warmly upon arrival. the room was spacious and very clean.. it included a kitchen, useful. the location is excellent, within walking distance of major attractions. the breakfast offered a good variety of choices.
some outlets for charging phones are a bit far from the bed.

the location was very convenient. the mrt persiaran klcc station is very close to the building. the spacious room had a kitchenette, though i didn't use it.
the smell in the corridors on the room floors was not very fresh.
