I found the hotel's location very convenient. It provided easy access to nearby attractions. The staff responded quickly to my requests. I appreciated the fresh citrus water offered during check-in. It was a lovely touch.

I noticed that the breakfast buffet lacked a bit of variety.

The shower drain was clogged. This caused water to back up and flood the bathroom floor after each shower. It created an inconvenience. the minibar prices were surprisingly high.

The breakfast offered very minimal choice. I also discovered i was not allowed to take bottled water to the poolside. I found this very extreme, because I felt forced to pay their prices.
