the staff displayed attentiveness. they ensured i had everything i needed. the sushi lab food was AMAZING!!! the location was excellent and near to so much.
the room i had did not have enough drawer space, which posed a problem for storing my things. the desk was also quite small. i wish there had been more space for organizing.

the location is superb for most attractions. it is seconds from everything. the hotel is within walking distance to many shows. times square is a half block walk away.

i enjoyed the location near the main attractions. the room featured a spacious shower area. the staff members were attentive to our needs..
my check-in experienced a delay. i waited over half an hour for assistance at the reception desk. the lack of an apology for the delay was disappointing. the wifi signal was quite slow and sometimes didn't function.

I found such a marvelous fragrance upon stepping into the lobby. the buddah theme enhanced the ambiance beautifully. i also loved the shower. The water was nice and hot, perfect after a busy day.
I noticed the breakfast was fairly simple. the team there were not the friendliest. it can become busy. I waited for a table one morning.

the hotel is close to times square and broadway. the subway entrance to the d train is just outside, it took me everywhere i needed to go. the central location made exploring very easy.
