The room was fairly spacious. i enjoyed the ac. It worked very well. i also found the bed to be very comfortable, giving me restful sleep.
the staff weren't very friendly . it took some time to get help at the front desk. i felt this especially when trying to catch my flight to the airport On time.

The room was very neat and quite clean. I found the staff very handy and quite polite . Check-in was super easy. I also got new coffee and water daily.
The front desk sometimes took a long time to answer the phone.

The location is perfect because of subway access. I walked to the Soho area. Shopping was very convenient. The hotel is close to many shops and restaurants so it was easy to find what I needed.

i must say, i found a few things rather annoying. firstly, the noise levels, especially with thin walls, were a headache. it really felt inconvenient when you're in a hurry.

the location allowed me to discover how neighborhoods connect. the room included ample water, coffee, and milk. friendly staff were happy to receive parcels for me, i appreciated that.
