the location was great. the food tasted good. the staff members were friendly. the room provided ample space and included a good working fridge and air conditioner.
The photos advertising the place were from years ago on arrival. the reception area looked shabby. the pool had soggy and slimy astroturf around the whole pool area and sun chairs. I did not use it.

i loved the lovely gardens , and the pool area was super clean. the restaurant is right on the beach , so i had amazing views during meals. my room was clean and very comfortable , it was great.
the air conditioning wasn't maintained well , so it was loud.

I stayed seven nights here. The garden was beautiful. The location is near many shops. I liked the food from room service. Breakfast include fresh fruit and many other foods. Staff organised moped rental for us and gave tips where to go. The fire show was excellent.
I found the beach had some litter on it.

The staff greeted us warmly and remained professional. I appreciated the complimentary upgrade that enhanced our stay. Our daughter adored the friendly staff and the proximity to the beach. The gardens displayed fine beauty, reflecting dedicated care. We noticed the gardeners hard work and attention to detail.
The gym size was smaller than expected, the available exercise machines felt slightly limited.
