The hotel is near boat stops. Proximity to the train station prevents navigating narrow alleys with luggage. I could leave luggage at reception after checkout on the last day.
The wooden bed frame creaked a little when I moved. I think the high moisture might be the cause of it.

The location next to transport was invaluable. I found the water bus stop directly outside the hotel convenient. Staff offered excellent support with directions and suggestions. The building had interesting history.

i found they keep rooms very nice daily. there was a good coffee machine available in the breakfast room that i did use. the location works good. i could walk from the train station and avoid carrying my luggage on the vaporetto.
the bed wasn't as comfortable as i hoped, i found it a bit hard.
