early cleaningdisruptive staff
the restaurant staff began setting up for breakfast very early each evening i found this disruptive and inconsiderate to dinner guests also on the last morning a vacuum cleaner woke me up at 7 a m this early start to cleaning is unacceptable for a hotel aiming to provide a relaxing stay i expected a more quiet setting .

a good stay with really good service
attentive staffrelaxing strollplentiful breakfast
the staff were so attentive, always ready to help with a smile. i particularly loved the lovely walk near the hotel, perfect for a relaxing stroll. the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, it really set me up for the day ahead.
the music from a late night function was quite loud.

the room was spacious and very clean with ample storage for clothing.. the bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a busy day exploring the area.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They greeted me with a welcome letter containing all the important information i needed. they seemed genuinely happy to assist with anything i required.

the hotel is close to aden country park.. ample parking is available on site, very convenient. the surroundings are quiet and tranquil, nice for a peaceful stay.

i found a snug bar where i enjoyed a pre-dinner drink.. the food was excellent, both for dinner and breakfast. i especially enjoyed walking around pitfour lake situated behind the hotel.
