the room was clean. the bar offered a good selection of beverages.

The room was clean enough. the noise levels were quite disruptive. i could hear every footstep from the room above, and the bed was not comfortable. the noise from the street also kept me awake for a while. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep. i also found that there was no shampoo provided in the shower which i would have expected.

i found the staff very polite. the food in the restaurant was lush. it was very close to where i needed to be the next day.
the heating went off at 11pm and didn't come on again. wifi was a bit weird. there was no real personel and worst pub ever downstairs.

i traveled for leisure and i found this hotel very clean. the staff accommodated my early arrival and check-in was simple. the room was nicely decorated and very cozy with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom.

the staff was personable, friendly and helpful. they replenished tea things each morning. extra hangers were quickly provided when i asked. staff made the bed each day.

The room was very clean. It was also nicely decorated and felt cozy (i liked the colour scheme). The bed was acceptably comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean and worked perfectly. The location worked well as it was near the wedding venue i needed.
The noise levels were a bit high. I could hear some sounds from the pub, especially since it was a saturday night.

The noise was awful. i heard every footstep and conversation. also, the bed was really uncomfortable. I felt the springs all night and i did not sleep well.
