The staff were very polite and helpful . i noticed the parking facilities were very easy to use. the hotel's location near shops was very convenient. i appreciated the quick service provided by the staff. It was appreciated.
the room was slightly noisy due to the old building structure.

hard yolksjuice refill
The breakfast service was not great. poached egg yolks were hard even after i asked for soft eggs the second day, i sent these back, and got fried eggs instead, i just accepted them. also, fruit juices and continental breakfast items were not refilled. They ran out. when i asked for orange juice to be refilled, they brought one glass to my table. Others who arrived later had empty juice containers filled

pretty decent stay

eager staffsurprisingly nice roomssmall roomworn mattressterrible backache
the staff were always eager to assist. the rooms were surprisingly nice.
room 20 felt very small, almost like a caravan. the mattress seemed past its prime. i woke up with a terrible backache each morning because one end was lower than the other.
