Really good Service and Comfortable Stay!

The reception staff were amazing upon my arrival. They were clean and very helpful. My room had a working thermostat and temperature control. There also were lots of USB and powerpoint sockets for charging phones.
I could hear everything being said next door well into the night due to the rooms not being soundproofed.

the location was super easy right off the motorway. breakfast was great. the rooms are newly refurbished. the zero body floatation bed in the wellness suite was really amazing.
the popup plug in the wash basin was stuck. the hot water in the shower was hard to regulate. the plug mechanism was broken.
