The breakfast was good, offering a self service style. I found the reception efficient and helpful. The location was quiet. I was woken by birdsong!!!
I didn't like that there was no food served in the evening. A major issue existed with the entrance door to the bedroom block. I was locked out until a cleaner showed me to enter via a fire door. The problem was fixed later.

i had a really nice big room, it included a large tv and a comfy bed. the bathroom was spacious, i found a lot of space for all my toiletries. the shower provided great water pressure and i loved that.
I noticed a slight lack of information about the breakfast time. I wish this was more visible upon arrival.

The hotel includes a gym on site. I found it very accessible and clean. i also appreciated that it has easy on-site parking. It made my arrival stress-free. the lakeside park is just across the road. I enjoyed a walk there to unwind.

The location is very quiet with greenery surrounding the building. i found a lovely park on the doorstep of the hotel. It was great for a morning stroll. it's also a short walk to shops near the station. This made grabbing essentials easy.

i found every single member of staff i met to be lovely, helpful, and kind. the reception staff were always helpful too, and i appreciated the information booklet provided in my room. they gave me precious advice about getting around.

My room was very comfy and tidy. It included ensuite facilities. the bed was huge and so comfortable. I slept very well. there was also a plug point next to the mirror. I used it to blow dry my hair.
