lingering odorineffective air conditioning
The lack of attention to detail was noticeable. our room had a lingering odor, and the air conditioning was not effective, resulting in an uncomfortable night. the promised wake-up call never came. This caused considerable inconvenience.

the hotel is located near the waterfront. we found the classic double or twin room to be tidy. the building looked beautiful and well decorated.
I found the staff to be unfriendly. the check-in process lacked warmth and information about the structure. attracting the waiters' attention for coffee during breakfast was challenging. The dining room was not full, though.

The hotel's location allowed easy access to the city center. Real flowers adorned the suite and public areas adding a touch of elegance. The staff demonstrated helpfulness and pleasantness . I found the hotel very convenient as I had to embark on a ship the day after.

I especially liked the library room near the entrance level of the hotel. The hotel offered garage parking for 29 euros and staff handled vehicle parking. I noted the hotel's waterfront location offered scenic views.

The concierge provided great assistance when I planned my stay. Staff members were consistently polite and supportive . A taxi driver was promptly organized to take me to the airport.

the location was great, with access to nearby attractions.
I had issues with the air conditioning. It was weak, and the room became uncomfortably warm. this made it difficult to sleep well, even after i reported the problem to the front desk. Nothing changed.

the hotel's location was alright, basically close to the water.
the room i got, described as a "superior double room", felt more like a standard one (a bit disappointing). the decor felt tired, a bit bland, and the lighting was not great. the shower had weak water pressure, so i didn't enjoy it at all.

The ventilation system circulated odors of stale fries and smoke, which detracted from the experience. Breakfast proved disappointing. The staff was unable to manage the buffet effectively. The tea was lukewarm, and the egg dishes seemed questionable.
