Fantastic Stay with Excellent Service

The hotel's location made it easy to walk from the bus station. This worked well, especially since I had minimal luggage. The view from my room was amazing. It felt very peaceful and private. I enjoyed having my own balcony with a lake view. I sat there for hours. The staff let me leave my luggage since I arrived earlier than check-in.

The evening meal included four courses and was plentiful and tasty. Breakfast provided a plethora of continental dietary choices. A buffet and table order was available. This made it easy to find something I liked. As a coeliac, I was well taken care of.

The hotel's location was EXCELLENT for my trip because it was near boats and restaurants. Its lakeside deck had loungers and drinks service, a nice touch. The private lido allowed swimming in the lake. I could easily walk to many sights.

The hotel provided really good facilities. I had a private lido and pool access. The spa offers therapies, and there is a sun deck, a plus. Complimentary use of row boats was a very welcome bonus. Breakfast in the morning was AMAZING!!!

I had a lake-view room on the third floor. The balcony view was lovely. The room was small, but the bed was very comfortable. I slept soundly. The bathroom was well laid out, with plenty of quality towels.

All staff were caring, helpful, and cute. I seemed like I was their only guest. Reception sorted my parking immediately when I arrived. The staff was also very friendly. They always had a smile.

The room lacked air conditioning. i found some facilities operate more for the hotel's convenience. The bar near the lake, for instance, closed rather early. also, housekeeping attempted to clean the room at 8:00 am.

the hotel's location on the lakefront was acceptable.
The thermal pool was not warm. It was more of a cold plunge. the breakfast buffet, though listed until 11am, was lacking when i arrived at 10:30am.. almost empty with barely anyone around.
