I stayed here and liked the convenient on-site shop. There were two lovely swimming pools at the hotel. The staff displayed super friendly and accommodating service. I found the hotel to be very clean .

The staff greeted guests with cute smiles and were ready to assist. Staff members Jessie, Vincent, and Deo were accommodating and cute. Front office staff Maddie, Irish, Helen, and Frank were helpful during the visit. I received excellent service.

The hotel features a free shuttle to station 2. The hotel's beach is very good. Calm water and guests can use a kayak for free. (Woo-hoo!)

There was an hour delay for our check in. I think the rooms need a cosmetic refresh, like a fresh paint job. The rooms seemed very outdated.

The hotel seemed a bit removed. the distance to the main attractions proved to be a hassle. also, the gym equipment looked like it had seen better days. Some machines were even out of order, such a letdown.
