The receptionists were very kind and accommodated our request for an earlier check-in.
The noise isolation was insufficient. I could clearly hear street sounds and hallway conversations (even in the middle of the night).

I found the staff friendly and helpful. they accommodated my early arrival by preparing my room quickly. the hotel's shuttle service to jumeirah beach, complete with provided mats and towels, was convenient. i enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool. It was a relaxing space.
the water pressure in the shower was not strong.

the staff was indeed polite and helpful. i liked that the location was amazing and near two metro stations. there were many good shopping malls too.
the sound proofing was very bad. i reminded me of the neighbors were sitting with me in the same room. i could not sleep from the noise of neighbors tv talking even moving. the breakfast was not varied and the quality was not great. it was very disappointing.

The staff was very attentive and helpful . i especially appreciated mr karan. He was always available when i needed assistance. the classic studio suite was very clean and in excellent condition.. it also had a simple kitchen.
the water flow in the washroom was quite low. i mentioned this issue at reception upon checking out. i also found the timing of the complimentary shuttle to the beach and outlet mall to be inconvenient because it only ran until 9am, rendering it unusable for me.
