the location was near popular museums. breakfast choices at the buffet were great (i especially liked the variety). i found the staff very friendly.
the outdoor terrace was sometimes closed without any clear reason. the terrace occasionally had loud music playing, which didn't fit the hotel's atmosphere. i felt the hotel was overpriced considering the service.

The breakfast was excellent!!! it offered a wide variety. the staff were helpful. I found them very kind. the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. borrowing bikes from the hotel to explore the surroundings was also a plus.
the room was very basic. i noticed there was no water provided, and there was no fridge. the bed was soft, which i personally didn't prefer. the room cleaning wasn't perfect either.

The hotel has a beautiful outdoor area with a bar, lovely for enjoying a drink and spotting wildlife. i even saw a deer right on the terrace. breakfast was luxurious and the restaurant served quite good food. the location is within walking distance of major attractions as well as ferries and public transport, convenient. the reception staff were helpful. They promptly provided accurate information.
The wardrobe doorknobs were smooth and tiny so they were difficult to open. This made accessing my clothes slightly inconvenient.

this hotel is in a very good location. it is close to many popular museums. the breakfast had good variety. the staff were friendly and professional.
the hotel did not have tea and coffee in the room. i had to ask reception for milk. the soap was too scented it dried my skin out. i asked at reception about it.
