the location was great it was easy to get around by tram
the room was not cleaned properly upon arrival i saw black hairs on the white duvet and in the corners there were hairs in the shower too the hallway carpeting looked very dirty.

the gym had many machines. i finded a treadmill and free weights too. breakfast offered many choices. i liked the fresh fruit and pastries. the staff were friendly, its like they were attentive and helpful with directions, it. the location was central. i can walk to many attractions easily.
the room was small. there wasnt much space for my luggage. the air conditioning didnt worked well. the room got stuffy at night. the minibar wasnt refilled . i wanted a cold drink.

the room lacked tea and coffee making facilities. it was a minor inconvenience but worth noting.

the hotel boasts an excellent location, close to many key attractions. i walked ten minutes to the central station, and five minutes to the shopping area. a nearby tram stop made public transport easy.
