My room was upgraded to a business class room, it even included a sauna. Can you believe it! the bed was super comfortable. the location was excellent. Very convenient access. i really enjoyed all the perks i got with my business class upgrade, it was amazing!
the air conditioning didn't quite keep up on a hot day, it was just a tiny bit too warm in the room.

The room i was assigned was quite small. It felt cramped for the price. the internet connection was not reliable. I had trouble joining an important business meeting. daily towel changes were not done, though i requested them.
