weak wifiground floor
The sea view room i booked? it lacked privacy, as it was on the ground floor. They couldn't move me. the wifi took ages to connect! when it finally did, it was weak. the safe wasn't working until someone came to fix it. so disappointing for the price!

the location was right on the beach, i suppose it met expectations.
i found that the drinks were too expensive. every time i wanted a drink during the day, i had to pay extra. dinner time also required payment for drinks, and it added up quickly. i ended up spending a lot more money than i expected.

The staff was friendly. The view was amazing and the food was top notch! I had a late checkout when the hotel noticed my flight time was late into the night. It really met my expectation for some courtesies.

The food was extraordinary, with reasonable pricing, and I enjoyed the beachfront location, it enhanced every meal. The breakfast buffet had a wide assortment of fresh fruits and pastries, including gluten-free alternatives.

Two swimming pools are on site, one includes a waterslide, catering to both adults and children. The gym had three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights, awesome for varied workouts.

My room included two separate sinks, a rainfall shower, and premium toiletries, this added luxury to my stay. The bed had high-thread-count linens and a pillow-top mattress, I slept well.

The staff members were very service-oriented and they were ready to help with any request. Turndown service happens each evening, and includes fresh towels, and preparation of the room for sleep.
