sea access picturesque grounds ice machine staff training
i found the location next to the sea convenient , and the picturesque grounds were a definite plus. There were steps providing direct access to the beach from the hotel grounds , which i thought was particularly convenient.
i found the bar service unimpressive , especially the lack of an ice machine. Some of the staff seemed to need additional training , and the pre-mixed cocktails felt a bit lazy for A hotel of this caliber.

the staff were friendly and professional. my room had excellent quality bedding. the hotel has been decorated to a high standard (i liked the faces in the wooden carvings!).
The sink plug in my room would not retain water. i would have preferred more light in the room. It was not easy to read. i had to get my own tea and coffee from a machine. Beverages used to be served.

dry bread early building work
My visit started well, but some problems emerged. The breakfast was not good. The bread seemed dry and the juice selection felt limited. I also noticed a building work. This activity created an early morning wake up call that the hotel did not mention before my arrival. I wasn't happy.
