delicious breakfast fine hotel ideal location
I enjoyed the delicious breakfast. There was more than enough choice. the bedroom was beautiful, the hotel fine. the location was ideal. It was so quiet.

lovely experience
beautiful bedroom gorgeous bathroom fantastic staff
i stayed in the holly room. the bedroom were beautiful and the bathroom were gorgeous. the staff was fantastic and the breakfast was fabulous. i was spoilt. thank you for everything, i will definitely be returning. i found everything i needed.
i have no major complaints, only small things. the housekeeper attitude when it was brought to her attention was poor. she didn't apologise and said she was surprised it didn't meet our expectations.

the staff provided a very warm welcome. natalies daughter, aaliyah-rose, was lovely at arrival. bethan and the rest of the team were friendly and helpful. the staff was attentive to all needs.

accessibility of the cottages was perfect for elderly lady. there is safe storage for bikes. a toolkit are on hand if you needed it. a conservatory are available at the hotel.

the room was beautiful with extra touches. bed linen was luxurious and felt very soft. complimentary water, wine, and bathroom toiletries was provided. the room had everything we could need.

the breakfast had many options and was to be freshly prepared.
the room was not properly cleaned prior to my arrival. there was dust on multiple surfaces and a lingering odour of cleaning products.
