The staff answered questions and provided restaurant tips. they prepared a packed lunch when i had to leave early and miss breakfast.
The hotel condition greatly differed from the photos online. The building seemed old, and the interior was quite dated. The bathroom had an UNPLEASANT odor coming from the drains. Flat pillows and a mattress that caused back pain after a four-night stay compounded the issues.

i really enjoyed my time here. the public transport links are great , with a short walk to the tram making it easy to get around. the rooms are clean , and the breakfast was very good with many options.
the stairs were not so easy , especially with luggage , and i wish there was someone to help with it.

The staff was very helpful during check-in. The rooms are simple and comfortable. Breakfast was quite nice too.
I experienced an issue with hot water in the bathroom one night. It was not available. The heater in my room did not work despite my reporting it. The bathroom sink in my room was also very small.
